不飽和脂肪酸,有益心臟
除了脂肪少,蛋白質豐富外,鱷魚肉的不飽和脂肪酸的百分比含量較一般肉類高。不飽和脂肪酸對心臟有益,因為它能幫助降低與心血管疾病有緊密關係的低密度脂蛋白(Low Density Lipoprotein [LDL])的含量。由此可見,鱷魚肉是一種健康的肉食。
